Mississippi Contractor Requirements

  1. Pass the exam

  2. Obtain a Sales and Use tax number at dor.ms.gov

  3. Complete the application msboc.us

  4. Prepare your balance sheet.

  5. $50,000 in New Net Worth Required for major classifications and $20,000 for all other applicants.
